Telelanga USA LLC was born out from Telelanga (Pty) Limited (“Telelanga South Africa”), a company established in 2012 in South Africa. Telelanga South Africa has been deploying optical fibre networks in South Africa covering in excess of 500 000 homes passed for various fibre optic network owners and is seeking to replicate its successes in the USA. Accordingly, Telelanga USA LLC has been established. Telelanga USA LLC (“TELESUN”) was established in 2023 in Wyoming and subsequently also registered in the State of Arizona and from inception has been staffed with highly experienced and capable personnel well versed in the turnkey construction of telecommunications infrastructure. TELESUN has experience across various locations, technologies, industry sectors and operator business strategies. 1. SERVICES AND PRODUCTS TELESUN offers services and products that complement each other and that provide its customers with complete one stop turnkey solutions for telecom infrastructure requirements. CONTRACTING ABILITY TELESUN is in a position to provide its clients with the level of contracting responsibility that is required by the client. This could be in the role of the "Turnkey Prime Contractor" facilitating the highest level of contracting responsibility. In this role TELESUN is held responsible for the overall project from assessment of user need to final completion, providing ultimate contracting comfort for the client. This would include being responsible and accountable for the design of the entire required infrastructure as well as the implementation thereof. TELESUN owns and operates its own horizontal directional drilling machines with associated plant and machinery. To ramp up capacity, TELESUN has partnered with several subcontractors to do civil construction works, traffic management, optic fiber works and engineering and design firms.
