California Fire Code 2025
The California Fire Code (CFC) provides regulations to protect life and property from fire, explosions, hazardous materials, and unsafe building conditions. It also includes provisions to support emergency responders and is referenced throughout Title 24. This fully integrated code is based on the 2024 International Fire Code® and includes free state updates and supplements.
